How fast can you reach me in Arjan?

Usually 20 to 35 minutes from your message, because the vans are based inside Arjan. For neighbours such as Motor City, Dubai Science Park, JVC and Al Barsha South it is similar. Further away we confirm the time before we set off.

Do you charge for delivery or fitting?

No. Delivery to your car and fitting are free when you buy the battery from us. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the full price, including taking the old battery away.

What warranty do I get?

Up to 24 months, depending on the battery brand and type you choose. The warranty is recorded against your car and sent to you on WhatsApp. If the battery fails a test inside the warranty period, we replace it.

Can you come into a basement car park?

Yes. Most of our Arjan callouts are in tower basements and podium car parks. Send the tower name, parking level and bay number, and tell security a battery technician is coming. Our booster packs and tools are carried by hand where the van cannot enter.

Will a jump start be enough or do I need a new battery?

We test first. If the battery only went flat because lights were left on and it still holds charge, a jump start is enough. If it fails the cranking test or is more than about three years old, replacing it now avoids a second breakdown.

Can I pay with Tabby or Tamara?

Does my car need the new battery registered?

Will I lose my radio code or window settings?

We connect a memory saver before removing the old battery wherever the car allows it, so radio presets, the clock and one-touch windows are kept. If something does reset, the technician sets it up again before leaving.
