A large household rotates its cars unevenly. The saloon by the gate goes out every day. The SUV parked behind it only moves on weekends, and the older car in the corner waits for a relative to visit. Each week of standing takes a little charge out, and the cars at the back are also the hardest to reach when they finally refuse to start.
The technician does not need the car moved. He brings the battery, tester and tools to wherever it stands in the yard. If you would like the other cars checked while he is there, say so when you book. Battery testing on each one takes a few minutes and tells you which battery is next.
